You’ll receive instructions by email regarding your e-Apostille. There’s no need to post original papers — your UK documents will be digitally certified using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and apostilled by the FCDO. Once your documents have been e-Apostilled, we’ll email the legalised copies directly to you. You can then forward them to the requested person or organisation electronically for immediate use.
